What are Psychometric Assessments?

Psychometric Assessments are standardised tests used to measure individuals' mental capabilities and behavioural styles. Common types of psychometric tests include aptitude tests, which assess logical reasoning or problem-solving abilities, and personality tests, which evaluate characteristics that influence how well a candidate may fit into a workplace or a specific role or next career level.

At The Human Touch (THT), we retain qualified industrial psychologists who are registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA), and partner with external business associates for increased capacity (when required).

Different types of Psychometric Assessments
