Individual Executive Coaching is a one-on-one process that focuses on enhancing an individual's skills, performance, and personal growth. It is centred around individual goals, challenges, and aspirations. This highly personalised approach is tailored to meet the unique needs, strengths, and areas of development of the individual, providing dedicated attention and support throughout the Executive Coaching engagement.
The coach and coaches meet, either virtually or in person, for sessions lasting between 60-90 minutes.
